Payments

US Mail, Electronic EFT, Pay by Phone, Pay On-Line

Your normal options for payment of your insurance premium are to mail your payment directly to the insurance company or to have your payment electronically debited (ACH) from your checking or savings account or charge card. For your convenience, some insurance companies offer the option of paying by telephone or paying on-line.

Make Changes to Current Policy

You can make changes to your insurance policy as your coverage needs change. We recommend talking with your agent to ensure your protection remains adequate. Changes to a policy - whether additions or complete coverage change amounts - cannot become effective until you have signed an application and made the appropriate payment. You may also contact us by email or personally visiting one of our office locations.

Reporting your claim

We understand your time is valuable. Your insurance company has provided a toll free claims "hotline" for you to report your loss. You may also report a claim by contacting your Coverra representative or one of our office locations by phone.
